Expert Care—No Matter Where You Purchased Your Devices

Already have hearing aids but feel they could be performing better? We provide expert support for hearing aids purchased from other providers, helping you get the most from your existing technology. As a Doctor of Audiology, we evaluate how your devices are performing, assess changes in your hearing, and make personalized adjustments to improve clarity, comfort, and overall performance.

Our services include hearing aid evaluations, reprogramming, real-ear verification, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support. Whether your devices need fine-tuning or you’re simply looking for better results, we focus on helping you hear your best—without unnecessary pressure to replace your current hearing aids.

Our Quality

We provide prescription quality hearing devices. These devices allow for greater help with competing noise, greater adjustibility and superior sound quality over products purchased Over The Counter. OTC hearing products can be useful, much like the way you can purchase reading glasses over the counter. Unfortunately, many OTC products can not be adjusted or modified by any professional provider. While there may be some adjustability in those products through a phone ap or via support from the supplier, it is typically limited. Prescription products come with a 30-day right to return, if returned in new condition.

We are experiencing a significant number of people who report making OTC purchases and finding they don’t fit properly or can’t be adjusted to their needs. In some cases these products are marketed and sold to people who have greater hearing loss or other needs which make the OTC product insufficient for their needs. In some cases OTC products are NOT less expensive than prescription products which are professionally fitted and supported.

It is supper frustrating, from a patient care standpoint, to meet people who have used up an insurance benefit, or limited savings, purchasing insufficient products.

All hearing amplification products are affected by moisture and ear wax but care for these very common aspects is limited to non-existent with OTC products.

Let us provide you with a thorough evaluation of your hearing and a clear discussion of your best options.
